4 Things Women Should Be Doing in Their Fitness Training—But Aren’t

Frustration. Discouragement. Hopelessness. Each is a word I hear when women talk to me about their failed attempts at weight loss.  They tell me, "I've done everything right but the scale doesn't budge." I personally know these frustrations and have had countless moments of giving up. "What's the use," I'd tell myself. "Nothing seems to be working." I biked, jogged, walked, jumped rope. I hoola hooped, lifted weights, climbed stairs. I stepped, Taebo'ed and Rumba'ed.
