Back in the '80's, singer Bobby McFerrin had it right, "don't worry, be happy." Research shows that the happier you are, the better your health probably is. So get happy now! But how? Well, start by helping someone. When you reach out to someone in need, you forget about yourself and your problems. Being connected to others can help you stay positive. Or try meditation, which helps you de-stress and relax, leaving you feeling happy and rejuvenated. And last but not least - exercise. Get out and move. This releases happy-mood hormones and helps keep you fit at the same time.
